Due to the complexity of today's automobile, the dated term "estimate" no longer applies. The collision repair industry is evolving to a more appropriately named "Advanced Repair Plan." This Advanced Repair Plan (ARP) provides a more detailed procedures and parts listing designed to minimize the time your vehicle is in the shop. This also minimizes the excessive administrative time required to approve supplemental repairs while frantically searching for critical parts after repairs have begun and your vehicle is disabled.

A quick "estimate" is no longer a simple manner. Due to greatly increasing technology and the changing times, we must insist on doing estimates by appointment. This will allow us to best serve each customer individually, as it should be, providing assistance in an unrushed, professional manner...again, as it should be.
